Absolutely perfect and incredible location on the wooden central area of the lounge, all was second to none. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Fratelli la Bufala, ate there couple of times. I liked the room with a view, the bed was lovely. They offered good hot and perfect breakfast in the restaurant.

The hotel was wonderful with accommodating personnel who made a special birthday plate and gave us complimentary Champagne. The breakfast was marvellous with many healthy food options, offered tea and milk.

The room was brand-new, the beds were amazing - I liked the place. The hotel had hot continental breakfasts. This was a perfect and excellent location next to the edge of Mayfair and numerous restaurants.

I went on a weekend and everything here was perfect. The garden restaurant offered excellent dishes, and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel's location was super, to the large spa area with a market and shops within walking distance.

Their staff were very arrogant.

The setting was quite absolutely perfect and magnificent within easy reach of The Household Cavalry Museum.

This property was clean and impressive. Impeccable and fabulous units with champagne, bathroom and an arched settee.

The location was amazing for traveling around London, next to all the big sights as well as the west end, a 5 star restaurant and Trafalgar Square.

I appreciated that it was clean and gorgeous, the staff where very courteous and rooms were huge. Booked a room with amazing view. Ate at the garden restaurant for dinner. The service was flawless, including an efficient check-in. I could park the car nearby.

I loved this hotel. My room was recently refurbished and neat with nice views. The stuff was knowledgeable, diligent, nothing to complain about. The location was wonderful and fantastic, next to most attractions, theatres, Trafalgar Square, Westminster and Buckingham Palace and a short walk from Embankment station and rail stations. A cool bonus was Cafe on the Square, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

I had the most incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff, with their exceptional professionalism, made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the immaculate cleanliness to the top-notch facilities, was truly impressive. The location, set in a beautiful garden and offering easy transportation to nearby attractions, added to the overall appeal. I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast experience, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic customer experience.

For me, this hotel was ideal in every way.

I had excellent days staying at this classy hotel. Everything was second to none from the impeccable service to the fab food. I was here for 1 night and ate at garden restaurant for lunch. It had very comfy beds, artworks. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly kind and the pool area was nice.

The breakfast is wonderful and perfect with many healthy food options and the location is fab. The room is good-sized and stylish with an arched settee, a birthday cake, as for instance.
